Registration
1. Can we register and pay registration fee when we submit the artwork?
Yes, you can. However, we encourage participants to register and pay earlier as you will be issued a privilege card upon successful registration. The card entitles you discounts at various shops and is valid until 28 February 2010.
2. Can we register for more than 1 category and how much do we have to pay?
Yes. You can register for more than 1 as long as you are eligible for those categories. You only have to pay $7 regardless of the number of categories you register.
Submission
1. When is the submission deadline?
8th November 2009.
2. How do we submit our work?
You may submit your entries on 7th or 8th November 2009 by hand to us. Details regarding venue and timing will be announce at a later date.
Paticipants of the Digital categories, you may choose to burn all the required submission stuff onto a CD and submit to us too. Alternatively, you may send your submission via email.
3. Will we get back our artwork after submission?
Yes. We will return you the artwork after the exhibition. You can collect it in late December 2009 or January 2010.
4. For manga using traditional medium, do we need to submit the original manga script with the screen tone?
You can either submit the original work or a photocopied version. If you choose to submit the photocopied version, please bring the original during submission for proof of non-plagiarism.
5. Can we submit more than 1 artwork to a category?
Yes. You can submit as many artworks as you want. But only the best will be considered for prizes. (i.e. a person cannot win more than 1 prizes in a category)

1. Can we draw character(s) from existing games?
No, artworks must be original.
